KYIV, Jan 17 – Ukrainian businesses have worsened expectations for a slowdown in inflation in the next 12 months to 8.7% from 7.8% in the previous quarter of 2021, but improved expectations for the devaluation of the hryvnia to UAH 28.15/$1 from UAH 28.50/$1.
According to the results of a regular quarterly survey of business expectations of the country's enterprises, published on the NBU website, the index of business expectations of enterprises decreased compared to the previous quarter to 112.1% from 114.3%, while maintaining a positive value.
