KYIV, Jan 12 – The state program Ukrainian Dream, which, among other things, will provide for mortgages at 5% per annum, will be launched in January-March 2022, deputy head of the President's Office Rostyslav Shurma said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

"There are no restrictions, the simplest and most understandable product. There is a family that earns UAH 20,000-30,000 in total. Our task is to give this family the opportunity to get a new apartment with an area of 60-70 square meters for a monthly payment of UAH 10,000," he said.
