KYIV, Jan 11 – There is no deterioration in the epidemiological situation for coronavirus (COVID-19) disease in Ukraine yet, an increase in the incidence can be expected at the end of January, the Health Ministry’s Chief Doctor Ihor Kuzin has said.

"We still do not see the deterioration of the epidemiological situation. Rather, the post-holiday period is triggered when people postponed the visit to the doctor. According to our forecasts, the next outbreak will start from the end of January. At this time there will be more Omicron," he said in an interview with BBC.
