KYIV, Oct 20 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has signed memorandums of understanding with Dragon Oil (the UAE), SOCAR AQS (Azerbaijan), Helmerich & Payne, Inc. and 3 Seas Energy (both from the United States) with the aim of increasing gas and oil production in the country.

As an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported, the documents were signed during the Ukrainian Gas Investment Congress held in Kyiv on Wednesday.
