KYIV, June 11 – Incumbent President Volodymyr Zelensky would receive the greatest support in the presidential elections if they were held in early June, collecting 30.6% of the votes of Ukrainians who decided on their choice, according to the results of a sociological study conducted by Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) on June 1-7.
At the same time, 17.4% of the respondents would vote for the fifth president of Ukraine (2014-2019), leader of the European Solidarity party, Petro Poroshenko, and 12.7% would vote for ex-prime minister, leader of the Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Union Yulia Tymoshenko. Some 10.6% of those who made their choice would vote for leader of the Opposition Platform - For Life party Yuriy Boiko, and 8.1% of respondents - for leader of the Strength and Honor party Ihor Smeshko.
