KYIV, April 21 – Ukraine will introduce a special three-year duty on the import of cut fresh roses, regardless of the country of origin and export, the size of the duty in the first year of its effect will be 56%, in the second it will be 44.8% and in the third it will be 35.84%.
The decision of the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICMT) made on April 16 was published in the Uriadovy Kurier newspaper on Wednesday and will enter into force 30 days after publication.
