KYIV, April 7 – Some 69 Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions were announced in Ukraine in 2020, which is 15% less compared to 2019 and corresponds to the level of 2017, according to KPMG Ukraine data.

"The volume of activity fell back toward the level of 2017; with only 69 transactions announced during 2020, reflecting a 15% decline on the prior year," the company said in the research "M&A Radar 2020: Ukraine.”
