KYIV, April 5 – President Volodymyr Zelensky has enacted by his decree the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) to impose sanctions against persons recognized as smugglers based on reports from intelligence services, his press service reported.

Also, sanctions were imposed against Rossotrudnichestvo, the Russian Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation, and a number of Russian companies.
