KYIV, Feb 23 – Ukraine is not likely to face shortages of diesel fuel after the authorities had moved to take under state control an oil product pipeline used for diesel imports, A-95 Consulting Group said.
The Samara-Western Direction pipeline was previously controlled by Viktor Medvedchuk, the leader of pro-Russian opposition party in Ukraine who was recently targeted by sanctions from the National Security and Defense Council.
