KYIV, Feb 17 – Three major warehouse complexes near Kyiv will be available on the market in 2021 to help expand logistics real estate offerings in Ukraine, Colliers Ukraine has reported on Wednesday.

"Warehouse real estate has become a fairly stable segment in the current crisis in Ukraine. Online trade and quarantine has been a driver of demand for such premises, but lockdown has significantly reinforced this trend," Managing Director of Colliers Ukraine Oleksandr Nosachenko told Interfax-Ukraine.
