KYIV, Feb 16 – Viber messenger app is the most popular application used on Ukrainian cell phones, followed by Facebook Messenger, Telegram and WattsApp, according to data released by Kyivstar, the country’s biggest cell phone company.

Viber is used monthly by 12 million Kyivstar subscribers, while Facebook Messenger is used by 11 million users, Telegram - by 6 million and WhatsApp by about 5 million.
