KYIV, Jan 20 – Ukraine will hire legal advisors to fend off $3.5 billion lawsuit from Chinese investors that may have stealthily acquired the country’s only producer of aircraft engines Motor Sich, the Justice Ministry said.

The Chinese nationals Wang Jing, Li Fengju, Ren Jinglin, Xu Changshung, Wang Xinlei and Liu Yanning, who claim to be Motor Sich shareholders, have filed the lawsuit against Ukraine last month after failing to secure approval of the transaction.
