KYIV, Nov 24 – Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee for the third time rejected a bid from the Chinese state company to acquire a controlling stake in the country’s aircraft engine manufacturer Motor Sich.
Beijing Xinwei Technology Group, through its subsidiary Skyrizon, has been seeking to acquire control over Motor Sich by filing a joint bid with DCH, which is owned by wealthy Ukrainian businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky.
