KYIV, Nov 16 – Ukraine’s biopharmaceutical company Biopharma Plasma has successfully completed clinical trials of the therapeutics to treat COVID-19, opening door for approval to use the drug to treat the illness, Kostiantyn Yefymenko, the head of the company, said.

The drug, named Bioven, is based on the plasma of people who recovered from COVID-19, is one of the first such therapeutics that has been able to make it to the treatment protocols.
