KYIV, Nov 16 – SCM, owned by the wealthiest Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov, sold its gasoline filling station chain Parallel to Oilinvest 2020 LLC, a Kyiv-based investment group, the company reported Monday.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

The transaction represents a switch for Akhmetov away from lucrative gasoline retail operation at a time when his other capital-intensive coal mining companies had experienced coronavirus-induced default in April.
