KYIV, Nov 11 – The International Monetary Fund is looking at three ‘problematic issues’ in Ukraine that may further delay the release of lending, Kyrylo Shevchenko, the governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, said Wednesday.

Shevchenko, along with officials from the Finance Ministry, is currently in Washington holding talks with the IMF leadership as the government seeks ways of resuming the lending.
