KYIV, Oct 21 – Restrictions on the "red" level of epidemic danger will be introduced in Ukraine if there is a daily detection of 11,000-15,000 cases of COVID-19 and bed occupancy at the level of 85%, Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said.

Ukraine reported a record 6,719 coronavirus cases on Wednesday, up from 5,469 the previous day, according to the National Security and Defense Council.
