KYIV, Oct 8 – Deliveries of artificial lung ventilators will start in late October, Deputy Health Minister Svitlana Shatalova said during a press briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.

"The Health Ministry brought medical and technical characteristics for the purchase of artificial lung ventilators to state-owned enterprise Medical Procurement of Ukraine back in May. After that, the Medical Procurement of Ukraine monitored the markets, made comments and on July 1, the medical and technical characteristics were fully determined,” Shatalova said.
