KYIV, Sept 24 – Ukraine’s massive budget deficit forecast in 2021 will be impossible to finance through domestic borrowing and will require support from the International Monetary Fund or issue of eurobonds, Morgan Stanley warned.

This goes in sharp contrast with the government, which predicted that it would be able to borrow domestically to finance most of UAH 208 billion budget gap in 2021.
