KYIV, Sept 10 – The Zaporizhia Automobile Plant (ZAZ), which is part of the UkrAVTO Corporation, begins production of cars of Groupe Renault for the local market at its facilities in Zaporizhia.

The press service of the corporation reported on Thursday that before the start of the project, ZAZ underwent a large-scale modernization in order to fully comply with the international quality standards of Groupe Renault. The plant deployed the Alliance Production Way quality standardization system of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance.
