KYIV, May 21 – Ukraine should be careful while re-opening the economy after quarantine until there is a vaccine and treatment protocols for coronavirus that would ensure recovery of 99.9% of patients, Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov said.
"Ukraine is getting out of the situation with coronavirus infection worthy enough because we took the right measures and introduced lockdown on time. We also need to thank those who abide by discipline, doctors. From May 25, there will be further lockdown weakening. There will be further easing from June 1, but in general, we will live in a regime of 'soft steps' for several months. We must be very careful pending a vaccine introduction and a clear protocol of treatment," the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine quoted Avakov as saying on Thursday.
