KYIV, Feb 7 - Raiffeisen Bank Aval (Kyiv) is ready to join the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% government program for small and medium-sized enterprises but the bank failed to get a draft agreement with the Cabinet of Ministers regarding lending conditions, chairman of the bank's board Oleksandr Pysaruk said.

"Raiffeisen Bank Aval is very interested in participating in the program. But, unfortunately, today we have not even received a draft agreement with the government that would clearly establish requirements for participants in this program, under what conditions we can issue these loans," he said during the EBA Global Outlook: Boosting Investments annual general meeting of the European Business Association (EBA).
