KYIV, Feb 4 – Defense Minister Andriy Zahorodniuk and Finance and Treasury Minister of Turkey Berat Albayrak have signed an agreement on military and financial cooperation and a protocol between the governments of Ukraine and Turkey on the implementation of financial aid.

According to the documents, Turkey will allocate TRY 200 million (around $36 million) to Ukraine for the purchase of Turkish military and dual-use goods, the press service of the Office of the President of Ukraine said.
