KYIV, Jan 2 – Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Dmytro Kuleba has not ruled out an agreement over a fifth macro-financial aid program with the European Union.
"I am very hopeful that we will have a budget bursting with money and need no macro-financial aid from the EU, nor the IMF [International Monetary Fund] aid. But I would not rule out that we might need a fifth tranche to maintain macro-financial stability, because 2020 is going to be very difficult," Kuleba said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
