KYIV, Dec 4 – President Volodymyr Zelenskiy, in a video address on Wednesday, called on Ukrainians from around the world to come back and use their gained knowledge to help the country accelerate economic growth.

The government will arrange up to $60,000 in cheap loans to everyone who goes ahead to set up his or her own business as the first step under the program that is called “Come Back and Stay,” he said.
