KYIV, Nov 28 – Lawmaker Oleksandr Dubinsky, a member of the Servant of the People Party, has accused the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) of extra strengthening of the hryvnia exchange rate, as there are no grounds for this.

Dubinsky is an ally of billionaire Ihor Kolomoisky, whom the NBU has recently accused of running media attacks and organizing paid protests against the central bank.
