KYIV, Nov 13 – Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC has submitted a package of documents for licensing natural gas transportation operations to the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER), the company reported.

"The prerequisite for obtaining a license should be the certification of the company as the gas transmission system operator by the regulator, followed by confirmation by the Energy Community Secretariat," the press service said.
