KYIV, Nov 5 – The Lviv Regional Administration with participation of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Administration and Zakarpattia Regional Administration is completing the development of the Small Carpathian Ring project foreseeing the construction of a road ring of 100 km long to connect three regions and ski resorts. Investment in the project is estimated at UAH 1 billion.
"We have an ambitious plan, and we have already begun to move on it... The Ministry [of Development of Communities and Territories] supports our vision regarding the project to develop the infrastructure of the Carpathian region. We have previously worked out the plan, including with the heads of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia Regional Administrations. They support the creation of the so-called "Small Carpathian Ring," First Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional Administration Vasyl Lozynsky said during the International Economic Forum in Lviv.
