KYIV, Oct 29 – The Ukrainian government does not plan to retroactively change the system of incentives for development of renewable energy and plans to find a balanced solution, Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said during the RE:think. Invest in Ukraine investment forum in Mariupol on Tuesday.

"We are not going to approve decisions without dialogue with those concerned. You can be sure that the Ukrainian government, before making any decision, taking any position, will definitely look for an opportunity of finding a common position," he said.
