LUXEMBOURG, Oct. 14 - The leaders of Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany could hold a summit in Paris in mid-November if Kyiv and pro-Russian rebels in eastern Ukraine can maintain a ceasefire, Ukraine's foreign minister said on Monday, warning of a "last chance" for Moscow, Reuters reported.
The summit, originally envisaged for September, would aim to resolve the five-year-long conflict pitting Kyiv's forces against Russian-backed separatists in the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine.
