KYIV, Sept 16 – The Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv has rejected an appeal by 112.Ukraine TV and the channel could be closed in the nearest future by the decision of the regulator, a statement on the site of 112.Ukraine says, referring to the channel's lawyer Vasyl Smetana.
"The ruling is coming into force. Of course, we will use all the means of protection prescribed by law. But the decision will already act in the way that the regulator intended, namely, the issue of renewing the license will be considered and there will be a refusal. All viewers who watch 112.Ukraine on T2, and this is a rather large audience, everyone who receives the signal from the antenna, will lose the opportunity to 112.Ukraine," the lawyer said.
