KYIV, Aug 30 – The new government plans to streamline payment of excise duties for expanding the budget for building roads, Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has said.

"We are preparing a strategy for the roads for next year. We expect that each year we will significantly increase funding for the construction of roads. We plan to get additional funds through putting in order payment of excise taxes. We need to remove the shadow from the fuel and lubricants market... We have a lot of filling stations from which the budget does not receive anything. This money will be in the Road Fund," Honcharuk said at a meeting with reporters in Kyiv on Friday.
