KYIV, Sept 2 – Customs index through January-June for the first time since 2017 left the negative plane and reached a neutral indicator with 3.24 points (on a five-point scale) compared with 2.92 points in July-December 2018, according to the studies of the European Business Association (EBA).
"The assessment of all the components of the index improved compared to the previous period: companies note an improvement in the quality of services and curbing corruption at customs. However, business routine reports on the similar problems are bothering," EBA press service quotes its tax and customs committee coordinator Natalia Artemchuk as saying.
