KYIV, Aug 15 – The number of plots of land suitable for building cottage estates 5-10 km from Kyiv has decreased by 65% over the past decade, and will continue to decline over the next five to seven years, says Vladislav Kononov, Managing Partner of AVM Development Group.

According to him, the total area of plots suitable for housing development near Kyiv is about 800-1,200 hectares, while demand for such housing will increase by an average of 5% annually.
