KYIV, Aug 8 – Ukraine will work to secure a new long-term program of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the amount of $5-10 billion, Dmytro Sologub, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine, said.
The first tranche of about $2 billion under the new IMF program could be received by the country by the end of this year, approximately the same amount of IMF financing could be in 2020-2021, he said.
