KYIV, July 9 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman advocates for the formation of a balanced national budget for 2020 with the continuation of the initiated social programs for Ukrainians, the press service of the government portal has reported.

"For me, as a social prime minister, it's important to lay out quality indicators [in the budget]. The priority for me is to improve the quality of the life of people," Groysman said on the air of the Svoboda Slova (Freedom of Speech) program on ICTV.
