KYIV, July 5 – The Ukrainian Oil & Gas Association has called on the Justice Ministry to accelerate with approval of all required bylaws, that is, several resolutions of the Finance Ministry, for the proper operation of the updated fuel sale electronic administration system and the new excised warehouse fuel flow control system.

According to the association's press release, resolutions of the Finance Ministry establish the forms of documents (application for registration of excise tax payers and excise warehouses, an application for replenishment of fuel volumes by manufacturers and payment of excise tax, new forms of excise invoices, reports on fuel turnover, and other documents) necessary to ensure mechanism of transition from the old fuel sale electronic administration system to the new one, paying excise tax, confirming the intended use of aviation fuel, and directly for the operation of new systems of transparent accounting and control of fuel flow in the country.
