KYIV, July 5 – The Energy Efficiency Fund could become fully operational only in 2020, according to Head of the housing and utilities programs in the Opora Civil Network Tetiana Boiko.

"Testing procedures are currently underway. The fund is currently working only for homeowner associations. The first projects have not yet been implemented. I think it will become fully operational next year," Boiko said at a press conference of the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving.
