KYIV, June 19 – DRGN Limited (Cyprus) affiliated with Dragon Capital, has announced its intent to acquire 8,877 ordinary shares (100%) AIG Ukraine Insurance Company.

According to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, DRGN Limited and entities affiliated with the company did not hold shares in the private joint-stock company.

Dragon Capital declined to comment on the possible acquisition.
