KYIV, May 31 – Russia’s restrictions on shipments of diesel fuel, crude oil and lubricants to Ukraine, due to become effecting from June, could cause problems for Ukraine, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksandr Danyliuk said.
"There are problems which in reality are creating the biggest risk for us: the problem of losing transit via Ukraine from January 1, 2020. There are problems related to Russia's restrictive measures, to be introduced from June 2, which will involve restrictions on shipments of diesel, lubricants and a ban on crude oil supplies," Danyliuk told journalists at a briefing after a NSDC meeting in Kyiv on Friday.
