KYIV, May 11 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has every opportunity to complete unbundling as a condition for attracting a foreign partner to managing the gas transportation system of Ukraine by January 1, 2020, and Naftogaz CEO Andriy Kobolev is responsible for this, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said.

"As for the future activities of the gas transportation system, unbundling and gas production, this is the personal responsibility of Naftogaz Ukrayiny and its CEO Kobolev. Today he has the mandate to effectively carry out all this work, increase gas production, ensure the functioning of the gas transportation system together with the international partners," Groysman said in an exclusive interview with the Interfax-Ukraine agency.
