KYIV, May 10 – The most profitable Ukrainian bank in January-March 2019 was PrivatBank, with UAH 7.612 billion of net profit, according to a posting on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

Raiffeisen Bank Aval is second with UAH 1.079 billion in net profit, and OTP Bank was third with UAH 792.992 million.

The most unprofitable in the first quarter were a subsidiary bank of the Russian Sberbank with a net loss of UAH 1.017 billion, Credit Dnepr Bank with UAH 487.711 million and Ukrsotsbank with UAH 167.771 million.
