KYIV, May 8 – Exiled Ukrainian billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskiy, who is believed to be the key financial backer of President-elect Volodymyr Zelenskiy, said he plans to return to Ukraine as soon as the new president is sworn in.

Kolomoyskiy said he will not seek any revenge against those officials that had forced him to leave the country two years ago.

Kolomoyskiy had a rocky relationship with President Petro Poroshenko, who is believed to have forced Kolomoyskiy to leave the country.
