KYIV, May 7 – Danylo Hetmantsev, Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s advisor on economics, finance and taxation, has proposed to exempt retirees and 100% state employees from general declaration of income.

"Overall declaration, according to our proposal, does not apply to those who receive income only from the state ... And if taxpayers do not submit a declaration, they confirm that they do not have any other income," he wrote on Facebook.
