KYIV, March 12 – Arricano Real Estate Plc (Cyprus), the managing company and developer of some shopping and entertainment centers in Ukraine, plans to build a campus with co-working and creative space, restaurants instead of the Petrivka shopping and entertainment center located in the intersection of Iordanska Street and Stepana Bandery Avenue in Kyiv.
"Probably, the largest saturation of retail space is in Petrivka. Petrivka and Obolon are in this spot. Despite a significant number of people living there, the commercial areas are oversaturated... So we want to create a campus-style facility that fits into infrastructure and takes into account the history of the site... Rather, it will be co-working or open space for creative professions," CEO of Arricano Real Estate Mykhailo Merkulov said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
