KYIV, March 11 – Ukrainian enterprises in January and February decreased exports of ferrous scrap metal by almost 86.9% compared to January and February 2018, to 11,392 tons (86,448 tons in January and February 2018).

According to customs statistics released by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, exports of scrap metal in monetary terms fell by 88.8%, to $3.156 million ($28.099 million a year ago).

Some 8,252 tons of scrap metal was exported in February and 3,140 tons in January.
