KYIV, March 11 – Ukraine’s index that tracks ease and transparency of customs clearance has indicated poor pace of reforms, according to results of a study conducted by the European Business Association (EBA) and Gemius.
The index hovered at 2.92 points in July-December 2018, about the same level as in the previous six months and below 3 that would have considered a neutral level. The highest level of the index is 5.
"The index continues to remain in a negative territory," the EBA commented on the results of a survey of 90 customs experts that are member companies of the association.
