KYIV, Jan 21 – Ukrzaliznytsia has reviewed downwards the indexation of tariffs for freight transportation in the financial plan for 2019, proposing to increase them by 14.2% from February 1, 2019, instead of earlier announced 16.6%, the company reported on Monday.

"We are honest with the market and deliver the promises. We initiate automatic indexation of tariffs to the level of the industrial products price index. Now, in fact, we are ahead of 2018, indexing on the forecast indicator with subsequent fact correction," Director for Economics and Finance Andriy Riazantsev said.
