KYIV, Dec 5 - Ukraine is in the position of partially-free states in the area of freedom of access and use of the Internet, according to data from the Freedom House report "Freedom on the Net 2018."

According to the report, which was presented in Kyiv on Tuesday, the authors gave 45 out of 100 points (the fewer points, the more free the country is considered).
