KYIV, Nov 30 – Ukraine in January-October 2018 increased natural gas production by 0.3% (by 49.5 million cubic meters) compared to the same period in 2017, to 17.304 billion cubic meters, the source in the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry has told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the ministry, the enterprises of Naftogaz Ukrainy for the specified period raised gas production by 0.4% (by 55.2 million cubic meters), to 13.647 billion cubic meters. In particular, Ukrgazvydobuvannia saw gas production rise by 0.8% (by 96.5 million cubic meters), to 12.750 billion cubic meters, while Ukrnafta decreased it by 4.4% (by 41.2 million cubic meters), to 890 million cubic meters. Chornomornaftogaz also decreased output by 3.1% (by 200,000 cubic meters), to 6.3 million cubic meters.
